CARMEC manufacture a selection of Surfacing Machines that are suitable for resurfacing cylinder heads and blocks from cars, light commercial vehicles and heavy duty diesel engines.

The machines can either be supplied as Surface Grinding Machines with a coolant pump and settling tank and fly cutting capability, or as Dry Surface Milling Machines with a CBN/PCD Milling Head for the high speed machining of cast iron and aluminium, utilising super abrasive CBN/PCD cutting tools.
