The ROTTLER Model VR12 Centerless Valve Refacer has a 9” valve grinding wheel and eliminates the need for collets and chucks.  The valve face is machined concentric to the valve stem for improved sealing, better heat transfer and reduced mechanical stresses on valves.

Vitrified wheels, grinding oil and diamond dresser are supplied as standard and with its variable valve rotation speed, the operator is able to adjust surface speed for different diameter valves therefore providing the best surface finish on a wide range of valve head diameters from small multi valve to large diesel valves.
