for Valve Guides

The CLASSIC Bronze-Liner System is today’s preferred method of rebuilding cylinder heads. Large and small operations, as well as high performance shops, have found it to have all the features and benefits needed for both cast iron and aluminium heads.

We have not found a better way to rebuild aluminium cylinder heads. They are fragile, prone to severe warping, and require more precision workmanship. Rebuilding the valve guides with CLASSIC Bronze-Liners does not disturb the head, or alter installed dimensions. Since we are only rebuilding the inside of the existing guide, good alignment to the seats is assured.
